From Order to Arrival

Each piece at Nikhat's is made with intention. When you place an order, it begins a journey through Nikhat's — where skilled hands finish, inspect and lovingly pack your garment before it travels to you. Below is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your selections. If you do not receive this within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and handcrafted garments require 2–4 weeks, as each piece is individually tailored and finished by our artisans.

Handcrafted Preparation

Garments featuring zardosi, gota-patti, or hand embroidery are crafted specially for you. This additional preparation time ensures every detail meets Nikhat's standards — and yours.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey in real time.

Delivery Timelines

Within India, deliveries typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may require additional time. Express shipping options are available at checkout for select pin codes.

Delivery Partners

We partner with India's most trusted couriers — Blue Dart, Delhivery and DTDC — to ensure your garment arrives safely and promptly, fully insured for your peace of mind.

During festive seasons and major sale events, both processing and delivery may take a little longer than usual due to the volume of orders and courier congestion.
