A Thoughtful Returns Policy
We understand that choosing a garment is a deeply personal decision. Our returns and exchange policy is designed to be as considered and generous as the pieces we create — because your confidence in Nikhat's matters to us above all else.
Exchange Eligibility
Ready-to-ship garments may be exchanged for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our condition requirements below.
Return Timeframe
Please initiate your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this window may not be accommodated.
Non-Returnable Items
Made-to-order, custom-tailored, bridal couture, altered garments, jewellery, accessories and items worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging and authenticity cards intact. We kindly ask that you try garments over clean underclothes.
Exchange Process
Email us with your order number and the piece you'd like to exchange. We'll arrange a complimentary reverse pickup, and your new piece will be dispatched once the original is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event your garment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued for damaged, incorrect or non-delivered items. For eligible returns, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the returned garment.
