These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nikhat's Designer Boutique website and the purchase of products from our boutique. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or databases. 3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without notice. Handcrafted and made-to-order garments are produced in limited numbers. In the event that a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there are suspected issues with payment or availability. Made-to-order and custom-tailored garments cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

6. Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and select digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details. For high-value orders, we may request additional verification or offer bank transfer as an alternative payment method.

7. Shipping

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and handcrafted garments require 2–4 weeks for preparation. 8. Returns

Ready-to-ship garments may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to condition requirements. Made-to-order, custom-tailored, bridal couture, altered garments, jewellery and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Exchange page.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs and software — is the intellectual property of Nikhat's Designer Boutique and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your shipping address and contact details. You agree to inspect products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours. You are responsible for ensuring that any garments sent for exchange are in their original, unworn condition.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nikhat's Designer Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
