Delivered with Care

From Nikhat's to You

Every Nikhat's order is packed by hand at Nikhat's — inspected, wrapped in breathable tissue, and placed in a garment bag designed to protect it on its journey to you. We want the moment of unboxing to feel as considered as the moment of creation.

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and handcrafted garments require 2–4 weeks, as each piece is individually tailored and finished by our artisans.

Delivery Estimates

Within India, deliveries typically arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities may receive deliveries faster. Remote locations may require additional time.

Local Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within India. Express shipping is available at checkout for select pin codes, for an additional charge.

Signature Requirements

For high-value orders and all bridal couture shipments, a signature will be required upon delivery. This ensures your garment reaches you — and only you — safely.

Packaging

Each garment is packed in a breathable garment bag with acid-free tissue, and placed in a sturdy outer carton. Jewellery and accessories are individually pouch-packed to prevent damage.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel's journey in real time via the courier's website or app.

Shipping Delays

During festive seasons, sale events and extreme weather, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. We will always communicate any known delays and keep you informed at every stage. We appreciate your patience — quality always comes first.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
